The Hollidaysburg-based basketball team Sideline Cancer is one win away from winning The Basketball Tournament's $1 million prize.

The 22nd seeded team in the 24-team tournament, upset tje four-time champion Overseas Elite in the semi-finals 67-65, after Mo Creek drained a three-pointer to hit the tournament's "Elam Ending" finishing total of 67.

Sideline Cancer plays in honor of Greg Griffith, who lost his battle with cancer in 2011. The Griffith Family Foundation raises money for cancer treatment efforts, throughout the year. Sponsoring the Sideline Cancer basketball team is just one way that the foundation raises money. Former Penn State Altoona men's basketball coach Billy Clapper is the general manager. Greg's wife Cathy is a booster for the squad. And, one of Greg's sons Jordan is an assistant coach.

Sideline Cancer will play the #4 seeded Golden Eagles in the Championship Game Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. on ESPN.
